摘要
结合0.618黄金分割法,运用DYNAFORM分析软件,通过改变拉深系数的方法,对板料拉深过程进行了模拟。找到了曲面凹模的极限拉深系数,并将模拟结果与物理实验结果进行了比较,证明其模拟的真实可靠信。另外,采用同样的方法也求得了平端面凹模的极限拉深系数,与曲面凹模极限拉深系数进行对比,得出:曲面凹模能极大的降低极限拉深系数。
Based on golden section method, DYNAFORM software has been used to simulate the process of sheet metal drawing by changing the drawing rate, from which, LDR of curved die has been found. By comparing the results of simulation and physics experiment, reliability of simulation has been proved. In addition, with the same technique, LDR of column die has been found. By comparing with LDR of curved die, conclusion has been gained that curved die can ultimately reduce LDR of sheet metal drawing.
