摘要
五相混合式步进电动机buck型驱动系统,国内应用甚广。本文首次建立了包括控制电路、主电路、功率逆变器及电动机本体在内的单步响应特性的仿真模型,实验验证表明该模型是正确的并有足够的精度。用仿真和实验方法研究了该系统标准通电方式(4-5通电)的轻、重步现象,并提出了一种改善buck型系统走步均匀性的方法──4-3通电法,不需任何硬件电路的改动,实现很方便,且已为实践证明这种方法行之有效。
The buck type driver system of the five phase hybrid stepping motorhas been applied inmany fields in China.In this paper,a simulation model of the one step responsecharacteristics including control cir-cuit,main circuit and power inventor is establishedfor the first time, and practical system verification shows that it is correct and has accuract enough.The light and heavy step phenomenon of normal excita-tion mode(4-5 phase excitation)to this system is researched withsimulation and experiment method, and a method──using 4-3phase excitation mode which improves the step uniformity of thissystem is propose without any changes of hardware circuit. The practices have confirmed that the method is feasi-ble.
