从树型分支电网集中参数等效网络模型出发，找出电源端测试参数变化与故障发生处短路过渡电阻之间的关系。利用真故障点的这一特征，能够在存在一定相位测量误差，仅分支电网起端可测的条件下，正确识别真故障，提高精确模型法识别短路故障的可靠性。
