摘要
对徐州电厂SG50410-M型锅炉存在的水冷壁、过热器爆管问题进行了分析、研究。认为炉内火焰冲刷水冷壁及对流过热器烟温分布不均是造成爆管的主要原因。提出了改造四角燃烧器布置和三次风喷口的方案。测试结果表明:该试验取得的效果较为满意,可有效地防止SG50410-M型锅炉水冷壁、过热器爆管。
A full investigation and analysis is conducted on the watercooled wall and superheater bursting tubes for SG50410-M Model Boiler of Xuzhou Thermal Power Plant.It is found that the main cause of tubes bursting is the flame in the burner washing down watercooled wall and the uneven distributed flue-temperature over the convection superheater.A plan to rearrange quadrangle burners and triple air nozzles is put forward.The satisfactory results attained through tests show that water-cooled wall/superheater tubes can be prevented from bursting in this effective way.
