摘要
针对来—梧线TLS保护误动的情况,用保护试验仪对来—梧线进行了空投、空切模拟试验,对TLS保护装置的动作现象、试验结果进行了分析。分析表明,所有美国GE公司生产的TLS1B保护只要按投入高值旁路开关和阻抗倍率取0.25来整定参数,就会出现相间一段误动跳三相的现象。
In view of the malfunction of Lai-Wu transmission line’s TLS protection,no-load operation and no-load switching simulation tests were made by using protection tester and the malfunction conditions and test results are analyzed.A thorough analysis has shown that if parameters are set ( mainly with high value by-pass switch closing and 025 of impedance rate taking)for all TLS1B protections manufactured by GE Co,three-phase tripping occurs due to a section of phase-tophasemalfunction.
