摘要
文献１所提出的水平地网接触电势新公式在使用上仍有所不便。为此，对该公式进行了等效变换，导出了便于应用的最佳代数表达式，并论述了新公式的正确应用问题。
A new formula for calculating contact potential of level-ground grids(published in No.3,1995 of Guangxi Electric Power Technology)is inconvenient to use. Therefore equivalent transformation of the formula is made and an optimum algebraic expression is derived.Proper application of the new formula is also described.
