基于不同价值观的员工绩效考核研究

摘要 员工绩效考核受到了越来越多的企业的重视,企业也设计了多种的考核方法,但从总体上看,本土企业的方法大部分属于模仿发达国家企业的方法,效果并不理想。实质上,员工绩效管理背后所蕴含的不同的价值观是导致员工绩效管理效果差异的根本性原因!本文首次归纳总结了“以满足组织需求为出发点”和“以员工潜能的开发为出发点”两大类考核方法的所蕴含的不同的价值观,并探讨了基于这两种不同价值观的员工绩效考核方法与开发策略。 More and more enterprises pay more attention to the employee performance appraisal,and they have designed a variety of appraisal methods. But as a whole these methods are basically imitating foreign practices, and the result is not satisfactory. In essence, the fundamental reason is the different values behind the performance. This paper first summarize the different values of two types of performance methods "to meet organizational needs as the starting point" and "staff potential development as the starting point". Based on that,this paper discusses the different methods and development strategy of employee performance appraisal.
