发展黑龙江对俄边境贸易的研究

Developing the Russian border trade in Heilongjiang

黑龙江省边境贸易架起了国际经贸桥梁，已成为边境市县财政收入的主要来源，在兴边富民，促进经济结构调整，拉动全省经济增长方面具有重要作用。面对新的机遇和挑战，应拓展思路，采取措施，破解市场主体弱小，贸易层次仍较低，缺少名牌创汇产品，基础设施薄弱的问题，发展壮大边境贸易，促进对俄经贸升级。

Border trade in Heilongjiang Province has set up a bridge of international trade. It have become the main source of revenue to border regions. It has played an important role in enriching the people,adjusting economic structure and promoting ecenomie growth. Faced with new opportunities and challenges, we should take measures to resolve the main problem in order to expand border trade of trade between Russia.
