摘要
连锁店的物流配送中心对连锁店而言就象人的心脏一样,是强大的供给中心。连锁企业由于有了物流配送中心的配送,可以大大减少交易次数,降低进贷成本,掌握物流业的支配能力,解决批发业与零售业的结构矛盾。因此,连锁企业应当抓住当前政府出台了一系列扶持政策的有利时机,多方面培养人才,整合各方资源,规范内部管理,选择合适的发展建设模式,把自己的物流配送中心发展壮大起来。
A logistic distribution center to its chain stores is as powerful as the heart to the human body. With goods distributed by the distribution center the chain store can minimize the frequency of dealings and reduce the cost of stocking up, thus controlling properly the circulation of goods and solving the contradiction between wholesale and retail: dealers. As Chinese government has put a series of preferential policies into effect it is high time that chain enterprises train their employees, realign resources ,standardize internal administration, and choose the best developing pattern to expand themselves.
