建立维护高校稳定的预警机制,对于确保高校乃至社会稳定大局具有十分重要的意义。科学的高校稳定预警机制应具有完善的功能、完整的结构和合理的运作流程。
To establish and maintain stable college and university early-warning mechanism is of great significance for ensuring the stability of college and university as well as society. Scientific stable college and university early-warning mechanism should have perfect functions, comprehensive structure and rational operational process.
