摘要
论述了与消灭上行雷有关的几个问题，说明半导体针不仅不能消灭上行雷，而且试图消灭上行雷是不正确的研究方向。一切以促进上行雷的产生和发展的研究方向才是正确的。
This paper introduces several problems associated with eliminating upward lightning.As addressed in this paper,the semi conductor needle cannot eliminate upward lightning,and trying to eliminate upward lightning is an incorrect research direction.The correct direction of research is trying to produce and develop upward lightning
