摘要 心脏性猝死（sudden cardiac death，SCD）每年都夺去大量患者的生命，是全世界共同关注的问题。SCD患者中80％以上为心室颤动（室颤）。本文将阐述对室颤的除颤和药物治疗的一些新认识。
