摘要
目的比较情绪反应在起搏器程控为闭环刺激(CLS)和加速度计(DDDR)方式时心房起搏频率的变化。方法共54例患者植入具有CLS和加速度计两种频率适应性算法的起搏器,比较分别将起搏器程控为CLS和DDDR方式时,患者情绪反应对心房起搏频率的影响。结果随访3个月,有35例患者符合情绪反应测试要求,进行情绪反应测试。与将起搏器程控为DDDR方式比较,将起搏器程控为CLS方式时睛绪反应引起的心房起搏频率相关性更好,平均心房起搏频率(70.57±4.80)次/minVS(61.72±3.68)次/min,(P〈0.001)。结论闭环式频率适应性起搏器比体动方式频率适应性起搏器在情绪反应方面具有更好的心房起搏频率调节作用。
Objective The objective of this study was to compare heart rates during emotional response, with the patient's pacemaker programmed to a closed loop stimulation;(CLS) pacing mode and an aceelerometer pacing mode. Methods Fifty-four Patients were implanted with a BIOTRONIK Protos CLS pacemaker (Berlin, Germany) , which equipped with both the CLS technology and an aecelerometer. Rate adaptation to emotional response was achieved through either selecting CLS or the accelerometer sensor. Results CLS provided a statistically significant higher increase in heart rate to emotional response compared with an accelerometer pacing mode (70. 57 ± 4. 80 vs 61.72 ± 3.68, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion the CLS algorithm responds with a more appropriate heart rate response to emotion compared with accelerometer pacing mode.
