Experimental Investigation on the Volumetric Efficiency of a C-SB Type Scroll Compressor

摘要 实验研究了C-SB系列涡旋式压缩机的输气效率。取同系列不同额定制冷量的3台制冷压缩机,在不同频率、不同冷凝压力和不同蒸发压力下进行实验,并进行了机理分析。结果表明:同台压缩机在相同电制下,冷凝压力降低1.15MPa时,输气效率约提高6%;蒸发压力上升0.23MPa时,输气效率约提高7%;同台压缩机在相同电制,相同压差下,输气效率随蒸发压力上升而上升;同台压缩机,在相同工况下,60Hz比50Hz的输气效率高约3%;不同压缩机,在相同电制和工况下,输气效率随额定制冷量增大而上升,当名义制冷量增加30%-50%时,输气效率约相应增加2.5%-3.5%。通过拟合,得到了反映C-SB系列涡旋式压缩机输气效率与冷凝压力、蒸发压力、电制和名义制冷量之间关系的关联式,可用于同系列的新产品开发设计。 The volumetric efficiency of C-SB series of Scroll Compressors was investigated experimentally. Three compressors of the series with different refrigerating capacities were chosen as researching target. Some of experimental data of these compressors were obtained under the working conditions of varying electricity frequency, different condensing pressure and evaporating pressure. The results show that the volumetric efficiency of the type compressor increases 6% and 7% with condensing pressure reduces 1.15MPa and evaporating pressure goes up 0. 23MPa respectively under the same power supplying, while volumetric efficiency of the compressor enhances with moving up evaporating pressure at the same pressure difference between condensing and evaporating pressure, and volumetric efficiency of the compressor running at 60Hz frequency is more 3% than that running at 50Hz. For different type of compressor, the volumetric efficiency of the compressor will increase from 3% to 5% with the rated refrigerating capacity of them raises from 30% to 50% when the power supplying and working conditions were held constant. A formula regressed that includes the condensing and evaporating pressure, the power supplying, and the refrigerating capacity has been developed , and could be used for innovation of new same type scroll compressor.
