摘要
针对新型双作用滚柱转子泵,建立了定子型线模型,分析了不同型线的运动特征,推导出定子型线过渡曲线的边界条件和八次曲线的求解方法;通过实例计算,验证了八次曲线的优越性,为今后该泵定子型线的优化设计指明了方向。
Establish model of stator profile for the new type of two-acting roller rotary pump, analysis the movement characteristics on different profiles, derive the boundary condition of the transitional curve and the computational method of eighth-power curve. Moreover, the superiority of the eighth-power curve will be showed after the example. The present results direct the direction for future stator profile optimization.
