摘要
对一种蓄能除霜方法——高压贮液器的热气除霜进行了能级分析以及实验研究,分析了该方法的节能效果,结霜和除霜运行期间系统动态特性的变化规律,计算分析了系统制冷量、压缩机功率以及COP的变化。由于贮液器除霜是利用贮液器瞬间压降所产生的大量饱和气体内部除霜,能源利用效率高,有良好的节能效果。同时提出了该除霜方法的改进措施,为进一步推广提供参考。
The energy analysis and experimental study are carried on an energy storage defrosting method -high pressure receiver defrosting, including the effect of energy conservation, the changing rules of the dynamics performance during the frosting and defrosting. The refrigerating effect, the compressor work, as well as the COP are computed. Since the massive saturated gas are applied to defrost which are obtained by transient pressure drop in the high pressure receiver, the utilization ratio of energy is higher, which means the better effect of the energy conservation. At the same time, the further improvements are proposed for further application and dissemination.
