海南省二三级综合性医院经营管理状况调查研究

Study of situation of management and administration of grade Ⅲ-A general hospitals and grade Ⅱ-A general hospital in the whole Hainan Province

了解全省二三级综合性医院经营管理基本情况,探讨市场经济环境中公立医院在体制机制及管理模式上存在的问题。调查结果揭示了我省医疗机构存在不少深层次问题:人才结构严重不合理,资源分配严重不均衡,医疗费用增加导致医患关系紧张,医院经营效率普遍较低。特别是政府对医院投入的不足严重影响了医院自身的发展,也加速了各种矛盾的发生。

To find out the basic situation of management and administration of grade Ⅲ -A general hospitals and grade Ⅱ-A general hospital in the whole Hainan Province;to inquire into the existing problems about public hospitals＇ system of organization and mechanism and administration model in market economy environment：The survey shows that medical institutions exist a lot deep level problems; such as, the structure of talent is extremely unreasonable; resource allocation are extremely imbalance; the increasing medical fee lead to the tension of doctor-patient relationship; the management efficiency of hospital islow in general. Especially, the investments to hospital from government are not enough that seriously affect the development of hospital, which accelerate the occurrence of all kinds of contradiction.
