摘要
研究了基于CEMA标准的变坡下运带式输送机的分析理论和设计方法,对大型变坡下运带式输送机的各种驱动布置方式及其不同工况下的输送带张力的计算流程进行了分析讨论。算例分析表明,采用CEMA标准进行大型变坡下运带式输送机的设计,在确保安全的前提下具有显著的经济性。
The paper covers the theoretical analysis of variable slope - down belt conveyor and design method, based on tne conveyor eqmpment manufacturers association (CEMA) standard. And it also analyzes the calculating procedures for belt tension of long variable slope - down belt conveyor under different drive arrangements and operation conditions. The calculating resuh shows that it can greatly improve long variable slope - down conveyor's operation economy on the premise of safety.
