摘要
与起重机的传统控制方式相比,现场总线的通信控制很有优势,它不仅提供了高可靠性的命令传输方式,并且可以远程获得驱动装置的各种参数,便于远程集中监控。本文通过Profibus-DP现场总线控制变频器的实例,说明组态和编程的要点。
Fieldbus communication control has advantages over classical crane control system. It not only provides high reliable command transmission, but also can get parameters of drive to achieve remote centralized monitoring and control by means of remote control. The paper shows practical example of controlling frequency converter by means of Profibus -DP fieldbus to expound configuration and programming methods.
