介绍了永利化工硫酸厂2×100 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置掺烧硫酸亚铁试生产情况,并针对试烧过程出现的问题提出相应解决措施。5个多月的试烧实践表明,硫铁矿掺烧硫酸亚铁在技术和经济上是可行的,关键是要控制好原料配制与干燥、沸腾炉焙烧温度等关键步骤。

Trial production of roasting pyrite blended with ferrous sulfate in Yongli Chemical Industry＇s two 100 kt/a sulphuric acid plant are described and various countermeasures are presented according to the problems that appeared in operation. Five months of trial production showed that roasting pyrite blended with ferrous sulfate was feasible both technically and economically, however, some key steps and indexes such as blending and drying of raw materials and roasting temperature in fluidized bed roaster had to be well controlled.
