摘要
人力资源是企业第一资源,文中就关于人力资源的开发的对策进行探讨,提出调整和优化人力资源结构,构建科学合理的企业人才队伍;提高员工文化技能素质,创建学习型企业;注重能力建设,实施人才培养工程;建立以公开、平等、竞争、择优为导向的选人用人机制;建立以能力和业绩为导向、科学的人才评价机制;建立以鼓励劳动和创造为根本目的的分配激励机制等观点。
Human resource is the first resource in the corporation. This article is about the exploitation strategy of human resources. It also raise a point of adjusting and optimizing the framework of human resources, building scientific and rational talent procession and improve the civilization and the skill of the staff in the corporation, establishing a learning enterprise. We must pay attention to the project of training persons with ability. Then we can set up employ persons mechanism by opening, equality, competition and choosing better. We will found capability, outstanding achievement and scientific metewand. We encourage all the people to work and create wealth. That's our ultimate aim.
