摘要
以稀土固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-La2O3为催化剂,乙酸和季戊四醇为原料合成季戊四醇四乙酸酯,并考察了影响反应的因素。试验结果表明,SO42-/TiO2-La2O3对合成季戊四醇四乙酸酯具有良好的催化活性。其适宜反应条件为:催化剂用量占反应物质量的2.5%,且能重复使用性、酸醇摩尔比为8.00(醇为0.5 mol)、反应时间为90 min和带水剂甲苯为反应物总质量的28%,季戊四醇四乙酸酯的收率可达84%。
Pentaerythrityl tetraacetate was synthesized from acetic acid and pentaerythrite,catalyzed by SO4^2-/TiO2-La2O3 rare-earth solid superacid.Various factors affecting the reaction were discussed.Results show that the rare-earth solid superacid SO4^2-/TiO2-La2O3 is an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of pentaerythrityl tetraacetate.The optimum conditions are as follows:the mass ratio of the catalyst(can be resued) to the reactants is 2.5%,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 1∶8,the reaction time is 90 min,and the amount of water carrying reagent is 15 mL.Under such conditions,the yield of pentaerythrityl tetraacetate can be up to 84%.
