摘要 选取新疆克拉玛依油田的油泥,经浸润预处理后,用YSFL油泥水洗分离剂进行水洗分离。净化油泥、回收石油,并进行了相关工艺参数研究。以清洗后泥沙中的残油率为指标,分别考察了温度、水洗剂质量分数、搅拌时间和泥水比等工艺参数对油泥清洗效率的影响。确定适宜工艺条件为:加热温度为80℃、轻质油(浸润剂)质量分数为7%、YSFL试剂质量分数为6%、搅拌时间为40 min、水和泥质量比为2,残油率可降低到0.5%左右。分离后的复合分离剂可以循环使用,对环境无污染。 For the purpose of oily sludge cleaning and oil recovery,composite reagent extraction technology under heat water condition was used to treat oily sludge from Kelamayi oil field in Xinjiang Province.Residual oil percentage of the treated sludge was chosen as an index to evaluate the efficiency of the technology.The influence factors including temperature,the ratio of reagents,agitate time,the ratio of water and oily sludge on the efficiency of oily sludge washing were investigated.The result indicated that the optimal efficiency of oily sludge washing was achieved when the agitating temperature was(80 ℃),the concentration of YSFL was 6%,the agitating time 40 min,and solid liquid ratio was 1∶2.In such conditions the residual oil percentage of treated sludge was lowered to 0.5%.The composite water reagent after detaching can be recycled and environment-friendly.
