多学科一体化管理模式在乳腺癌诊治中的应用

The Application of Multi-disciplinary Integrated Management Model in Diagnosis and Treatment for Breast Cancer

[目的]探讨建立多学科一体化管理制度对乳腺癌的诊治的优势。[方法]研究组为实施多学科一体化管理模式以后收治的275例乳腺癌患者。对照组为实施多学科一体化管理模式之前收治的164例乳腺癌。比较两组患者的诊断时间、治疗规范率、医疗费用、满意度以及随访率等。[结果]与对照组相比,研究组治疗前费用支出下降27%,综合治疗费用仅增长8%。患者的诊断时间明显缩短,治疗规范率、满意度以及随访率均明显上升。[结论]多学科一体化管理模式在乳腺癌的诊治中具有较大的应用价值。

[Purpose ] To investigate the advantage of multi-disciplinary integrated management system for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. [Method] Two hundred seventy-five cases with breast cancer for multi-disciplinary intergrated management were enrolled in study group, and 164 cases without multi-disciplinary intergrated management were enrolled in control group. The time of diagnosis, the standard treatment rate, medical expenditure, patient satisfactory rate and follow-up rate were compared between the two groups. [Results ] Compared with control group, the expenditure of the study group before the systemic treatment declined 27%, while the cost of the systemic treatment increased only 8%, and the time for diagnosis decreased obviously, the standard treatment rate, the patient satisfactory rate, and the follow-up rate increased obviously. [Conclusion ] The model of multi-disciplinary integrated management in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer has significant value for application.
