氩气刀联合光动力学疗法治疗恶性气道狭窄18例 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]评价氩气刀联合光动力学疗法治疗恶性气道狭窄的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析46例Ⅲ~Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌所致恶性气道梗阻的治疗方法,单纯氩气刀治疗组22例.单纯光动力学治疗组6例,氩气刀联合光动力治疗组18例,对各组治疗前后的气道肿瘤缩小情况及临床症状改善情况进行评价。[结果]氩气刀+光动力学治疗组气道肿瘤缩小及临床症状改善有效率均为94.4%,明显高于其他两组(P〈0.05)。[结论]氩气刀联合光动力学治疗能缩小肿瘤,迅速解除气道梗阻,减少复发,提高患者生活质量,是一种较好的姑息治疗手段。
