摘要
当常化温度由850℃提高至1 100℃,0.005%E-3.0%Si无取向电工钢2.5 mm热轧板的平均晶粒尺寸由60μm增至200μm;当热轧板常化温度为1 000℃,0.5 mm冷轧板850℃+950℃退火后的晶粒尺寸最大,为105μm。随热轧板常化温度提高,冷轧板退火后{111}、{112}和{114}织构明显减弱,{100}织构增强,热轧板最佳常化温度为900~1 050℃,该电工钢的铁损最低。
The test results showed that with increasing normalizing temperature from 850℃ to 1 100 ℃, the average grain size of 2. 5 mm hot rolled plate of 0. 005C-3.0Si non-oriented electric steel increased from 60 um to 200um, and with normalizing at 1 000 ℃ for hot rolled plate, the grain size of 0.5 mm cold rolled sheet annealed at 850 ℃ + 950 ℃ was maximum to 105 um ; with increasing normalizing temperature of hot rolled plate, the{111}、{112}and {114} texture in annealed cold rolled sheet obviously weakened and the 11001 texture was enhanced. The optimum normalizing temperature of hot rolled plate was 900 - 1 050℃, with which the iron loss of the electric steel was lowest.
