摘要
针对上游供应链厂商提供数量折扣以及可变提前期的情况,探讨了零售商选择最优提前期和库存策略.将提前期、再订货点以及订货量作为模型的决策变量,并且放松了对提前期内需求服从具体分布的假定,考虑提前期内需求分布未知的情形.利用Minimax方法讨论了最优解的性质,给出了求解算法和数值算例,并分析了允许延期交货比例的变化以及需求波动对最优解和期望总成本的影响.
This paper studied the retailer's optimal lead time and inventory strategy when the suppliers offer quantity discounts and variable lead time. The lead time, reorder point and order quantity are all considered as decision variables in this model. The studies relax the assumption about the form of the cumulative distribution function of the lead-time demand and apply the Minimax distribution flee procedure to solve the problem. An algorithmic procedure was developed to find the optimal lead time, reorder point and order quantity. Furthermore, the effects of backordering rate and demand variation were studied by numerical analysis.
