摘要
基于目前脉冲MIG/MAG焊接存在的问题,提出了脉冲MIG/MAG焊接双模糊器控制方案;基于双模糊控制研究要求,建立了以IGBT逆变弧焊整流器为核心的双模糊器控制系统;基于模糊控制理论和大量脉冲MIG/MAG焊接工艺实验结果,对双模糊控制系统进行了硬件和软件设计;最后,对双模糊控制系统进行了应用研究,实验结果表明,达到了设计要求。
In accordance with the problems of present pulsed MIG/MAG welding,a double-fuzzy-controller control system is proposed. It is mainly composed of IGBT inverse arc welding rectifier. Hardware and software of the system is designed according to fuzzy control theory and a lot of experiment data. Application results show that the design objective is attained.
