摘要
研制了新型模糊变频调速系统,控制方案已在单片机上实现,并用于化肥厂实时控制。该控制系统在大偏差范围内采用模糊控制,在小偏差情况下,采用比例积分控制,较好地解决了闭环情况下的大功率变频调速和非线性、大惯性系统的稳定控制问题。
A VF SR fuzzy control system for methylamine pump is developed. It is realized by using of an 8031 monolithic computer and is applied to real-time operation in a chemical fertilizer factory. In this system.the fuzzy control is used in the case of large deviation and the PI control is used in the case of small deviation. Thus the serious nonlin-earity and large inertia of closed-loop high power VF SR system can be solved.
