摘要
石虎塘航电枢纽水库调节性能差,但其电站可与上游已建的万安水电站同步协调调度,为江西电力系统调峰。因此,采用联合调度法推求工程所在河段现状条件和石虎塘航电枢纽建成运行后的流量、水位及流速,并依据江西省电网设计水平年2015年夏、冬季典型日负荷曲线及坝址水位流量关系曲线,进行日径流调节后确定非洪水期典型日流量过程和水位过程,采用对比法分析工程对所在河段水文情势的影响。分析表明,石虎塘航电枢纽工程的建成运行对库区内及其下游河段水文情势总体上影响不大。
The regulation capacity of Shihutang Navigation and Hydropower Complex Project is poor but its power plant regulation can coordinate simultaneously with the upstream Wan'an power plant for power peak load regulation of Jiangxi electric network..Therefore,the river channel discharge,water level and flow velocity at present and after Shihutang Navigation and Hydropower Complex Project built are computed under co-regulation condition and based on typical daily load curve and level-discharge curve at the dam site in summer and winter of Jiangxi Provincial Power Network plan level year of 2015,the typical regulated daily discharge and water level are determined,and the influence on water regime of the river reach the project sited is analyzed by comparison.The analysis results demonstrate that in general,the project does not seriously influence the water regime in the reservoir and the downstream river.
