摘要
以二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BMI)为交联剂,采用原位熔融挤出交联反应法制备了高性能的尼龙6,研究了BMI用量对改性尼龙6力学性能、热性能和表观黏度的影响。结果表明:BMI和尼龙6发生了交联反应,使尼龙6的黏度增加。随BMI用量增加,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度和热变形温度都呈现出先增加后减小的趋势;拉伸强度和热变形温度在BMI用量达到1.0%时,达到最大值;而冲击强度和断裂伸长率在BMI用量为0.5%时,达到最大值。
With diphenylmethyenebismaleimide (BMI) as crosslinker, high performances nylon6 was prepared by means of in-situ melting extruder crosslinking. The influence of BMI content on the mechanical properties, thermal performance and apparent viscosity of the modified nylon6 was studied. The results showed nylon6 was crosslinked with BMI, and the apparent viscosity of the nylon6 increased. As the content of BMI increased, the tensile strength, elongation at break, impact strength, heat distortion temperature and apparent viscosity of the nylon6 upgraded at first, and then downgraded. When the content of BMI was 1.0%, the tensile strength and heat distortion temperature of the nylon6 reached to the maxima, while the impact strength and elongation at break of the nylon6 reached to the maxima when the content of BMI was 0.5 %.
