高摩尔质量聚丁二酸丁二醇酯的合成及其摩尔质量与特性黏度的关系 被引量:9

摘要 以钛酸正四丁酯为催化剂采用熔融聚合法直接合成了摩尔质量较高的聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS),研究了其摩尔质量与特性黏度的关系。结果表明,所合成的PBS数均摩尔质量在27788~92370g/mol之间,黏均摩尔质量在35484~127620g/mol之间,摩尔质量分布在1.49~1.80之间。通过建立黏均摩尔质量与特性黏度的关系可以得出,在25℃,数均摩尔质量105g/mol以内的情况下,α=0.7883;K=1.7062×10-4,其结果接近于理论值。 Taking Ti( Obu)4 as catalyst, a high molecule weight poly(butylene succinate)(PBS)was synthesized via melting polymerization. The relationship of the molecule weight with intrinsic viscosity was studied. The results showed the number average molecule weight of the synthesized PBS located from 27, 788 g/mol to 92, 370 g/mol, the viscosity average molecule weight located from 35, 484 g/mol to 127, 620 g/mol, the polydispersity index located from 1.49 to 1.80. At the temperature of 25℃, and the number average molecule weight of such PBS was less than 100, 000 g/mol , a =0.788 3; K= 1.706 2×10^-4, the result was dose to theoretical vaue.
