摘要
研究了竹粉粒径以及两种不同的偶联剂对聚丙烯基竹塑复合材料力学性能的影响,比较分析了偶联剂种类和用量对复合材料力学性能的改善效果。结果表明,不同颗粒大小的竹粉对竹塑复合材料力学性能影响不大,而偶联剂对其拉伸、弯曲和冲击强度的影响差别较大,其中以冲击强度的增加最大。
The effects of different particle diameter of bamboo powder and two different coupling agents on the mechanical properties of bamboo/polypropylene composite (BPC) were Studied. The modification effects of the variety and content of different coupling agent on the mechanical properties of BPC were analyzed and compared. The results showed the particle diameter of the bamboo powder had little effect on the mechanical properties of BPC, but the effects of the coupling agent on the tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact strength of the BPC were ob: vious and different, among which the increase of the impact strength was the most obvious.
