摘要 提出了动态网络环境下知识工作效率问题。分析了动态网络环境的内涵,动态网络环境下知识工作的特点以及工作机理。指出动态网络环境下知识工作效率包含个体效率和群体效率,从因素属性角度将影响知识工作个体效率的影响因素分为四大类:个体因素、工作本身因素、组织内部管理因素、物理环境因素;根据群体运作的过程建立了群体工作效率影响因素模型,并指出与知识工作个体效率影响因素不同的是,群体组织构成,知识工作过程中的群体心理特征和群体关系对知识工作群体效率的影响起决定性作用。 The knowledge work efficiency under dynamitic network environment has been put forward in the present paper. The meaning of dynamic net environment, its features and working mechanism have been discussed as well Such work efficiency can be grouped into two parts, namely individual work efficiency and group work efficiency. Four factors, i.e. individual factor, task factor, organization factor and environment factor, are considered as the major causes that influence knowledge worker's efficiency. Then a model for influential factors of group knowledge work has been established in terms of work process. It has been found that different from the influential factors of individual efficien- cy, organization structure of group, psychological characteristics of groups and the group relationship play a decisive role in the group work process.
