The Research Review Concerning the Knowledge Sharing Motivation Abroad

摘要 当前,国外研究者对知识共享动机(Knowledge sharing Motivation)产生了浓厚的兴趣并产生了较多的研究成果,但这些成果显得比较零散、缺乏系统性。从经济动机、交往动机、认知动机和利他动机四个方面回顾了国外的相关研究并作出简要评价,最后提出了未来研究展望。 At present, the foreign researchers are quite interesting in the topic of knowledge sharing motivation and have some results, but these results seem to be quite scattered. It's very convenient for future scholar to study by arranging and evaluating them now. According to the four types of motivations (Economic Motivation ,Association Motivation,Cognitive Motivation,Altruistic Motivation), this paper reviews systematically the related research of the motivation abroad and evaluates briefly, then puts forward future research prospects.
