The experienc on the opening of power market in U.S and UK are introduced. Although the U.Ks experience is worth our referencing, its pricing method isnt feasible to the developing countries such as China. A set of pricing methods for generation and transmission systems suitable to the developing countries are briely introduced as the achievements of the author and his research group.
