The Empirical Research on the Relationship between Resource Acquisition and Dynamic Capability of Technology-Based Entrepreneurial Firm

摘要资源基础理论认为资源是企业发展的基础,而能力理论认为能力是企业发展的关键。资源与能力的关系已经成为学术界关注的焦点。在文献回顾的基础上提出了研究假设,通过实证研究验证了假设,并对研究结果进行了讨论,概括了理论和实践上的贡献、局限性及将来可能的研究方向。 Resource-Based Theory believes that resources are the basis of the development for the firm while Capability Theory argues that capabilities are the key to the firms＇ development. The relation between resource and capability has been the focus of theoretical research. On the basis of literature review, hypotheses are developed and then they are tested by using empirical study. After that, the results are discussed and finally limitation and suggestions for future research are discussed.
