摘要
提出了人才聚集现象、人才聚集效应的概念与特征;研究了科技型人才聚集中冲突的动因,并运用层次分析法对其进行了评判;在此基础上,提出了化解和削减科技型人才聚集主要冲突动因的措施,以促进人才聚集现象向人才聚集效应的转变。
This paper at first comes up the concepts of talents aggregation and the effects of talents aggregation, and presents clearly their characteristics. Moreover, the causes of the conflicts resulted from talents aggregation are studied and evaluated then by taking advantage of the AHP in this paper. On the basis of its analysis mentioned above, some measures are made available so as to subtract and resolve the conflicts caused by talents aggregation and to advance the positive effects which talents aggregation could exert.
