摘要
采用重力出流式淹没式膜生物反应器(SMBR)处理模拟生活污水,研究了不同温度和操作压力下污泥浓度ρ对膜通量的影响。结果表明:操作压力为20kPa时,不同温度下膜通量随ρ的变化呈现相同趋势。当0.65g/L〈ρ〈2.7g/L时,膜通量随着ρ的增加而迅速衰减;当2.7g/L〈ρ〈8.36g/L时,ρ的变化对膜通量影响不大;当8.36g/L〈ρ〈12.6g/L时,膜通量随着ρ的增加呈缓慢衰减趋势。温度升高有利于增大膜通量。操作压力较高时(20~30kPa),膜通量随ρ增加而减小的速率较快。操作压力较低时(10kPa),ρ对膜通量的影响较小。建立了不同温度和操作压力下膜通量与ρ的数学模型。
A laboratory-scale submerged membrane bioreactor (SMBR) with gravitational titration is tested for treating synthetic wastewater. The effect of the concentration of mixed liquor suspended solids ρ on membrane flux is investigated under various temperatures and operating pressures. The results show that the effect of ρ on the membrane flux demonstrates the same trend under various temperatures at 20 kPa operation pressure. The membrane flux declines rapidly with the increase of ρfrom 0.65 to 2.7 g/L. Changes of ρhas little influence on the membrane flux at the range of ρfrom 2.7 to 8.36 g/L. The membrane flux decreases slowly with the increase of ρfrom 8.36 to 12.6 g/L. The membrane flux enhances with the increase of temperature. The membrane flux decreases rapidly with the increase of ρ at higher operation pressures (20 kPa and 30 kPa). However, ρ has little effect on the membrane flux at lower operating pressure ( 10 kPa). A model between membrane flux and ρis developed that can be applied well at various temperatures and operating pressures.
