摘要
1025t/h锅炉高温过热器爆管导致锅炉停炉。试验分析结果表明,机组低负荷运行时,局部烟气温度较高,造成高温过热器12Cr1MoVG管段长期过热而爆管,并提出了防范措施。
The boiler accident is caused by superheater tube rupture on the 1025t/h boiler.It can be obtained that when the plant is working under low-load state ,the gas temperature of local section is higher.Finally,the paper puts forward that the main reason leading to the accident is long-term overheating of the 12CrlMoVG section of superheater tube.The preventive suggestions are also proposed.
