中国白酒文化的发展和演变与中华民族的历史发展和演变息息相关。从挖掘白酒文化精髓,酿造时代美酒;树立正确的白酒文化观念,不断推陈出新;继承中国白酒文化传统,吸收国外酒文化精华3个方面论述了怎样在继承的基础上发扬中国白酒文化,促进中国白酒产业的发展。
The evolvement of Chinese liquor culture is closely bound up with the historical development of Chinese. In order to carry forward liquor culture and to advance health development of Chinese liquor-making industry, the recommendations were put forward in three aspects： exploration of the prime of liquor culture to produce high-quality liquor; building proper liquor culture conception and putting forward new ideas; inheritance of traditional Chinese liquor culture and assimilation of excellent overseas wine culture. （Tran. by YUE Yang）
