摘要
为了分析预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥在合拢时出现底板上下分层开裂的原因,采用了三维有限元方法对在连续索张拉过程中跨中底板的应力状态进行了计算。定性分析了导致底板上下分层开裂的机理。结果表明,单纯的向下径向力与底板纵向泊松比效应均不是导致底板上下分层的本质原因,而纵向预应力筋在7#块与8#块处同时存在的向上径向力与向下径向分力是导致底板开裂的主要原因,而底板普遍存在的向下径向力是形成上下分层的次要因素。
In order to study the causes of breaking in the middle of bottom slab of closed prestressed reinforced concrete continuous box girder, 3D FEA (finite element analyse) method was adopted to analyze the stress of bottom slab in the course of prestressing continuous cable. The mechanism of breaking was discussed combined with qualitative theory analysis. Result shows that in this case only radial force downwards or the effect of poisson ratio itself is not the main cause for the breaks, while the radial forces both upwards in the joint of 7 # and 8 # and downwards are the main causes; and the radial force downwards is just a minor cause.
