This article is intended to work out the sufficient condition for the integrability of y′=n∑i=0 Pi（x）y^i and the method to obtain the solution to the general integral when all conditions are met, whereby to come up with a new and easier-to-use method for identifying the integrability of the equation and the corresponding formula of the general integral for type-A Appel Equation.
