摘要
对运动场钢管突沿的失效进行分析,结果表明:在热交变应力和潮湿环境作用下,接头会因润滑失效和腐蚀等阻碍钢管突沿自由伸缩,从而导致钢管突沿的失稳失效.在接头生根扁铁由于热交变应力和腐蚀作用而断裂时,钢管突沿失稳失效尤为显著;防止钢管突沿失效最主要的措施是防止接头润滑失效、腐蚀和热交变应力使生根断裂.
The analysis of the failure of the steel-tube kerbs of playground shows that under the impact of alternating thermal stress and moist environment the adapter may hinder free expansion of steel-tube kerbs due to lubricating failure and erosion which causes the instability and failure of the steel-tube kerbs. In case the flat iron of the kerb breaks as a re- sult of lubricating failure and erosion, the problem gets even worse. Therefore the effective measures to prevent the failure of steel-tube kerbs are to prevent the lubricating failure and the erosion and of the adapters and the cracks of the flat iron caused by alternating thermal stress.
