摘要 基于正交试验方法,采用室内车辙碾压成型和钻心取样相结合的试验方法,分别测定了整块车辙板试件的密度和钻心芯样的空隙率,综合分析了影响沥青混合料的级配关键筛孔和显著试验条件.同时,基于MATLAB 7.0软件分析了车辙碾压成型试件密度和钻心取样试件密度的相关关系,其相关系数为0.95,线性相关性良好,可为沥青混凝土路面检测工作提供理论依据. Based on orthogonal test method, and by using indoors rutting molding method and coring method, the void rate of both the whole rutting specimens and coring specimens is measured and gradation key sieves and significant test conditions that influence asphalt mixture are comprehensively analyzed. Meanwhile, based on MATLAB 7.0 software, the correlation between void rate of rutting specimens and rate of coring specimens is also determined. It shows that there is a good relationship between them and its correlation coefficient is as high as 0.95, which can provide methods for the detection work of asphalt pavement engineering.
