摘要
以莱芜生姜的茎尖生长点(<1 mm)为外植体,采用不同激素和浓度对生姜的分化进行研究。结果表明:6-苄氨基嘌呤(BA)对姜芽分化最为有效,培养基MS+BA 5.0 mg.L-1+NAA 0.1 mg.L-1最有利于芽的分化;快繁采用液体浅层静止培养,试管苗增殖速度显著提高,增殖系数比固体培养基提高了31%,根系发达,有利于试管苗的移栽成活。
We took the ginger stem apex( 〈 1 mm) as explants to investigate its differentiation with different concentrations plant hormone. Results indicated that the BA was the most effective for ginger shoot differentiation, that the optimal medium was MS + BA 5.0 mg· L^- 1 + NAA 0.1 mg· L^- 1, that the propagation rate increased by 31% due to the application of liquid medium to rapid propagation, and that the tube plantlets grew very guickly and their roots were benefit for transplant.
