摘要
本文采用可编程控制器(PLC)为核心设计了自动化仓库输送控制系统,在该系统中采用多种控制方式,并且应用了双光电认址、变速调节等关键技术。文中分别介绍了该控制系统的系统构成,功能及控制实现。实践证明:该控制系统可靠性高、运行稳定、调节灵活,有效提高了仓库系统的工作效率。
We devise an automated warehouse control system with a prograrmnable logic controller as a key component in which we apply, multiple control modes, such pivotal techniques as optoelectronc sensors testing localization address and shift adjustment , and its compostion, function ality and realization. Practical results shows that the system has such positives as high reliability, and stability, flexible adjustment, and the improvement of work efficiency.
