摘要
为进一步研究涡轮分级机流场中的分级轮径向速度和分级区流场分布情况,更好地指导涡轮气流分级机的设计、优化和运行,通过用FLUENT6.2中的分离-隐式求解器对涡轮分级机的流场进行了模拟与分析。主要针对分级机径向速度的均匀性分析,并与实验进行比较。结果表明:进入分级轮的气流径向速度不均匀,分级轮的高度越高,径向速度越不均匀,较高的分级轮会有部分气流外溢,外溢位置、大小与分级轮的高度相关,从而引起进入分级轮的径向气流速度反而增大,高径比最好为0.3~0.5。
To further study the distribution situation of radical air velocity and fluent field on classification district in the flow fields of a turbo-type air classifier and better guide the design, the optimization and operation of a turbo-type air classifier, the separation-implicit solving in FLUENT6.2 was used to simulate and analyze the flow field in a turbo-type air classifier. In this work, the non-uniformity of radical velocity along the rotor height was analyzed. The results agreed well with experimental results. The results showed that the more non-uniformity of radical air velocity came to air classifier along with the height of air classifier. The non-uniformity of radical air velocity leaded to partially air spillover. The spillover position and size was related to the rotor height, resulting with increasing radical air velocity in air classifier. So the rational ratio of height and diameter was 0.3-0.5 .
