摘要
采用细胞培养和免疫学技术研究地塞米松对自身免疫性甲状腺炎小鼠T细胞亚群、细胞因子、甲状腺抗体滴度和甲状腺组织病理形态的影响。结果显示:①地塞米松能明显降低EAT小鼠THAb抗体、TNF和IL-1水平;②提高Lyt-2阳性T细胞数,降低Lst4/Lyt-2比值;③明显逆转自身免疫性甲状腺炎小鼠的病理改变。提示地塞米松具有调整T淋巴细胞亚群,抑制细胞因子释放,抑制甲状腺过强的自身免疫反应等作用;局部注射地塞米松治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎是一种简单、有效的好方法。
Effects of Dexamethasone on the experimental autoimmune thyroiditis EAT in mice werestudied with the cytology and immunology. In the treated groups of EAT, the levels of TgAb, TNF, IL-1were markedly declined, the ratio of L3T4/Lyt-2 was siguificautly reduced while the level of Lyt-2elevated, and the histology of EAT by pathological examination were revered. The above resultssuggest that Dex could regulate lymphocyte subpopulatoins ratio and restrain autoimmunological reaction.
