丹参素对胃腺癌NGCC细胞株的作用

Effects of Danshensu on Human Gastric Carcinoma NGCC Cell Lines

丹参素在无血清培养液中能明显抑制细胞癌细胞株并在实验范围内有较好的剂量依赖关系、血清成分对丹参素的抗肿瘤活性有抑制作用，文中进一步对丹参素抗肿瘤的应用价值进行了讨论。

Effects of Danshensu on human gastric carcinoma NGCC cell lines and serum on anti-cancer activity of Danshensu were investigated. The main results showed (1) Danshensu couldsignificantly inhibit proliferation of human gastric carcinoma NGCC cell lines cu1tured iD serumfree as compared witk pensken (P<0. 05); (2) serum could depress the anticancer activity of Danshensu.The further study should be conducted in order to prove that Danshensu could be useful for clinicalapplication.
